Adelaide Test: India register historic win


Bengaluru, December 10: After 15 long years at the same venue, a jubilant India registered a 32-run victory, the second one in Adelaide, against Australia in the first Test of the four-match series at the Adelaide Oval on Monday.

In 2003, Rahul Dravid had fired India to their first win and moreover, this is the first time in India’s history to have won the first match of a Test series Down Under.

Credit to man of the match Cheteshwar Pujara for his century in the first innings and then the India bowlers, who fired collectively to give their side a 1-0 lead in the Test series.
