England captain Ed Hossell elected to bat first and the decision quickly backfired before Indian skipper Ajay Reddy struck twice in the first over.
The visitors failed to recover from the early jolt and managed to post 131/8. For England, Pete Blueitt scored 52.
In the chase, India’s Sunil Ramesh made unbeaten 52 to helpd the hosts overhaul the target in just 99 balls.
