Bengaluru, September 4: A brilliant fight back from Australia ‘A’ set up an interesting final day against India ‘A’ in the first unofficial Test at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Tuesday.

The visitors battled hard with the bat to post a defending target of 262 while the hosts were 63 for two at close of play.

Fast bowler Chris Tremain dismissed opener Abhimanyu Easwaran for a duck in the third over, before skipper Shreyas Iyer departed a little later.

With Karnataka’s Mayank Agarwal (25 batting) and Ankeet Bawane (6 batting) making a cautious approach on Day 3 and the duo have a daunting task ahead tomorrow to ferry the home side to victory.
