Mysuru, August 26: At the ongoing seventh edition of the Karnataka Premier League, former Australian speedster Mitchell Johnson is one of the star commentators. It’s one of the rarest opportunities for budding pacers in Karnataka to grab some useful bowling tips from the Aussie great.
With the KPL matches shifted to the historical city of Mysuru, the left-arm quick Johnson took some time off his schedule to train 12 budding fast bowlers at the Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadeyar Ground on Saturday.
Former Karnataka pacer and KSCA committee member Dodda Ganesh too joined Johnson to train the youngsters.
The Australian has taken 313 wickets in 73 tests, 239 wickets in 153 ODIs while 38 wickets in 30 T20Is.
