KPL Match-fixing: CCB pick up Belagavi Panthers’ coach Sudhindra Shinde for questioning

Bengaluru, December 2: The Central Crime Branch (CCB) continued their investigation and today picked up Belagavi Panthers’ coach Sudhindra Shinde for questioning in connection with Karnataka Premier League match-fixing scandal.

On Monday, the CCB sought a search warrant to raid his Indiranagar residence and took the former Karnataka skipper Shinde into custody. According to sources, Shinde contacted players to fix matches during the 2019 edition of the KPL.

He is the current U-19 state team coach while also holds a committee member post in KSCA.
